You can cancel your order before the shipping label is generated. In such cases, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Warranty claims will not be accepted if the PCB is damaged due to electrical surges.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, items that are not expired or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product shows its expiry in the MM/YY format, it is considered valid until the end of that month.
For example, "06/25" means the product expires on June 30th, 2025 — as per international labelling standards.
