Refund Policy

At The Brew Gang, your satisfaction means the world to us. While we work hard to deliver joy in every order, we’ve got your back just in case something goes wrong.

We’re happy to offer a replacement if:

  • Your order wasn’t delivered due to courier issues

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your product arrived tampered with or damaged

  • You received an expired product

Important Notes:

  • Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for us to assist you effectively.

  • We may request photos, product identification, or other details to validate your concern.

  • The Brew Gang  reserves the right to assess if the product has been used, mishandled, or damaged.

 Cancellations & Refunds:

  • You can cancel your order before the shipping label is generated. In such cases, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.

For Coffee Machine Users:

To protect your coffee machine from voltage fluctuations, please use a Voltage Stabilizer.
Warranty claims will not be accepted if the PCB is damaged due to electrical surges.

No Returns for Undamaged Consumables:

Due to the consumable nature of our products, items that are not expired or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

About Expiry Dates:

If a product shows its expiry in the MM/YY format, it is considered valid until the end of that month.
For example, "06/25" means the product expires on June 30th, 2025 — as per international labelling standards.
